you're here, and I hope your shopping experience is a pleasant one. I
am committed to bringing you high quality, real handmade artisan soaps
at affordable prices. All ingredients used are listed on the site
with each item, so consumers will always be able to make an educated
and well-informed decision when allergy issues, lifestyle preferences
or personal needs are a concern.

This
isn't Grandma's lye soap... it's better!
Just like Grandma, all of my soap is stirred, poured, cut, cured and
packaged by hand right in my own home. Modern technology has given me
the benefit of digital scales and accurate measurements. I use my own
soap formulas, developed over time, to produce a soap that is mild,
luxurious, abundant in lather, and leaves your skin feeling clean and
soft. Improved ingredients, including exotic oils and rich butters, are
more readily available than when Grandma made soap. And like Grandma,
some of my soaps contain gentle exfoliants such as oatmeal, dried
botanicals, and finely ground coffee or tea. I also use a wide variety
of fine essential oils and fragrances that Grandma couldn't find at the
General Store. |
Suds by Sarah soap cakes have a charming, irregular look all their own,
and no two are ever exactly alike. All soap weights listed are
approximate, and colors, as well as scents, can vary from batch to
batch. My handmade soaps tend to last longer, do not contain detergents
or preservatives, and retain their own glycerin which is a naturally
occurring by-product of the soapmaking process. Many of my competitors
call commercial Melt and Pour glycerin soaps handmade, homemade, or all
natural, however, there is no comparison to the quality and feel of
true handmade soap.

In order for me
to be able to keep
up with work and website and inventory updates until I can find an
alternate shopping cart for this site,
I have
decided to move all of my soap inventory over to my Etsy shop so I can
utilize their shopping cart and inventory system. Shipping is
calculated on basic values and is rarely correct for soap cake
quantities over three. Combined shipping payments that exceed actual
charges by $1.00 or more will gladly be refunded through PayPal;
otherwise feel free to place your order and wait for an adjusted PayPal
invoice that will reflect actual shipping. For the time being, lotions,
scrubs, and accessories will remain here at the main site.

Shipping
and Ordering Policy
Orders
are accepted from, and shipped to, U.S.
addresses only. No exceptions.
Suds by Sarah has no minimum retail order requirements. When
all items have been added to your shopping cart, simply fill in all
information fields marked in bold to complete the initial order process.
The shopping cart does not automatically figure shipping costs or
collect your payment, so I
will confirm your order and provide you with your total amount due
within 24 hours or less.
Online payments through PayPal are now the only form of accepted
payment. PayPal allows you to make credit card payments, send
an eCheck, or make a direct transfer from existing funds or linked bank
account. Your payment is due within 3 days of receipt of
invoice.
No orders will be filled if your purchase information is incomplete.
Invoiced orders not paid within 5 days will be canceled without notice
and the items will be
re-stocked.
Sorry, no
COD's are accepted, and snail mail
paper payments have been eliminated as a result of too many non-paying
buyers.
Sales tax will be collected on all products shipped to Nebraska.
No order will ship until payment is received, and I try to have all
paid orders shipped within 2 business days. If you require expedited or
overnight shipping please make that notation in the comments section of
the shopping cart and I will do my best to meet your needs.
Suds by Sarah currently ships USPS Priority Mail with Delivery
Confirmation. If you have not received your order and the Post Office
confirmation shows package as delivered, I cannot replace your package.
If you would like your shipment insured, please indicate
your preference in the shopping cart.
NOTE: Suds by Sarah is strictly an online business. Local order pickup
is not available due to business
insurance and city zoning restrictions. All orders must be shipped.

catalog, the website is kept current. I have discontinued my wholesale
program and I am currently engaged in retail sales only. No bulk
discounts for resellers are offered. Special orders from retail
customers are welcome, please email

at any time. Please do not ask me to share my supply sources or product
formulas.
